Products & Pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse any order affected by inaccurate pricing or product information, even after an order has been submitted.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time your order is placed. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping rates, delivery estimates, returns, exchanges, and refunds are described in our Shipping & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Custom Designs & Submissions

If you submit a design or other content to us, you represent that you own or have the rights to it and that it does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property or other rights. You grant us a license to use that content as needed to produce and fulfill your order. We reserve the right to decline any submission that is unlawful, infringing, or that we consider inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our logo, brand name, text, graphics, and designs — is owned by Dink Gear Shop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

User Accounts
